Youn Wha Ryu Martial Arts.

Youn Wha Ryu is a martial art that finds roots in almost every Asian martial art.
This is a traditional martial art, meaning the use of a systematic approach is used to develop the participant’s character for effective physical martial arts techniques. Tae Kwon do, Kung Fu, Judo, Hapkido, and more are taught at varying times improving balance, fitness and timing.

Our program offers a wide range of programs for all ages and experience. Our rich martial arts experience will can guide you through competitions, conditioning, opportunities for new skills, meet new people and train with professionals from across the globe.

Safety Awareness Programs (Self Defense Seminars) – Children, Women, Adults, Corporate

Safety awareness programs, also known as self defense seminars, are seminars held for the public to learn simple and effective skills to reduce and mitigate high risk situation. The program focuses to instructor how to assess dangerous situations and what are the indicators and methods of individuals with malicious intent. This program is tailored for each particular audience: Children, Women, Adults, a Corporate group.

Youn Wha Spiritual Discipleship
This program is open to anyone but to actively interact a referral is required by an associate. This program takes individuals through the bible in one year and is a never completed. This presents opportunities to ask questions, share your thoughts, gain a better understanding to apply to your life.

Youn Wha, Tai Chi – Yang Style
Tai Chi is a low impact exercise with a range of scientifically supported health benefits over bone density, balance, cardiovascular, and strength. Typically practiced by the elderly, Tai Chi offers applications and challenges to any age and level of experience. Tai Chi is recognized by slow flowing movements. These motions represent martial arts techniques that require concentration that sharpen minds.
